"Lift Up Lithgow" Bushfire Appeal
Story
Dear All,
We have seen some of the worst bush fires on record in Australia. On 21st December 2019, the fires were in full force and active around the Lithgow LGA. On this dark day, many lost their homes, businesses, livelihood and lifetime of memories. Many individuals and families have had limited access to support during this difficult time. Many are not in any position to get themselves back on their feet any time soon. We are hoping to do our part in this to help the community get back up and find its feet.

Sri Om Foundation Limited
Sri Om operates Day Respite Centres in major suburbs of Sydney. Nearly 400 seniors attend these centres in a month. Sri Om has structured programs helping seniors over 65 years of age come out of isolation and depression. Sri Om also provides exercise programs including Falls prevention and Chronic Disease management programs. Sri Om also regularly provides outing for seniors. All these programs are provided free or at very nominal charges.
